In this role, you will define go-to-market, design compensation plans, calculate and assign quota and coverage. You will create a positive experience between our business team and business compensation. You will do this through ensuring our systems serve our sellers needs, and our processes are set up to identify errors that impact seller payout. You will be debugging and identifying one-off payout issues impacting numbers of sellers, as well as making all manual payout adjustments in our business compensation tools.
