This is a very exciting opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon Shipping business. We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed individual join the Account Management team in Spain. You will join the team managing the most important partners we have launched in Amazon Shipping services and will be responsible for detecting opportunities in the account, building strategy to increase share of wallet, introducing new technology to the partner and manage the PnL of the shipper, as well as collecting market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight the Amazon customers.

• You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly ambiguous environment
• You have experience in developing trustful relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• You can easily shift between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results
Key job responsibilities
• Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong top-level relationships with strategic partners
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customers
• Dive deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and address them
• Account Management: Bring new volume through existing accounts, ensure increasing share of wallet and do it with profitability in mind.
This role will be based in Madrid (4 Towers district, not Getafe) and with moderate travel within Spain (max. 15-20%)- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
- Strong ownership and deliver results
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to share with senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals
- Native Spanish and Professional English
- Experience in tailor-made negotiation- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
- MBA
- Experience in the B2C logistics industry
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com), sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools
- Experience in working with databases
