The team:

The Partnerships team works with businesses from industry-leading tech companies to freelancers to bring new users to Jobber or build product experiences for our mutual users. We are responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with our largest partners as well as managing smaller program partners. 

The role:

We are looking for a Manager, Partner Enablement to help us develop and maintain our partner enablement efforts. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for creating material to onboard new partners and provide continuous learning to our partner ecosystem to drive additional pipeline generation through a deeper understanding of the power of Jobber and our partners.  Our ideal candidate must be able to operate independently to start building the first

content for our Channel and Technology Partners. This role will develop a deep understanding of the Jobber offering to create training materials for our Partner organizations, including their employees, customers and prospects. Our goal is to arm partners with the Jobber benefits and messaging to help them deliver more qualified leads to Jobber. 

The Partner Enablement Manager will: 

  • Plan, design, develop and deliver external partner sales enablement content, including presentations, battle cards, release notes, training material, etc
  • Leverage existing marketing content in web pages, blog posts and videos in partner training
  • Communicate clear benefits to many different personas including, customer success managers, account executives and home service professionals
  • Develop deep understanding of the Jobber product offering and competitive landscape
  • Articulate our value proposition through dynamic presentations to partners
  • Collaborate with product marketing on messaging of new Jobber features and enhancements
  • Build and maintain internal sales enablement to ensure Jobber sales teams understand how to leverage our partnerships
  • Gather, organize and coordinate as applicable, training materials in other languages (ex. Spanish)
  • Stay informed of the latest developments in learning trends and technology
  • Stay informed of the latest developments and updates to keep partners informed of product developments

To be successful, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of partner enablement experience in the technology industry
  • Experience building content for different audience types, including external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Highly Organized — Strong project management and interpersonal skills for leading multiple work streams and fostering cross-functional teamwork, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve when needed
  • Excellent Communicator — Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, and all levels of management within the organization
  • Technical Competence — Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and compelling language
  • Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • High energy with the ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
  • Prefer experience with learning management and document management applications
