The Consumer Engagement Marketing team’s mission is to drive engagement with the Roku platform by inspiring and delighting our customers throughout their journey with Roku. The team is comprised of marketers specializing in Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing. We aim to provide customers with the best streaming experience possible by helping them discover new features, engage with entertainment across the Roku platform, and delight in the entire experience. When we succeed, we drive value for our business. The team partners closely with teams from across Roku including Brand, Product, MarTech, Ad Sales, and Analytics.
We are looking for a proactive and strategic marketer who is passionate about the intersection of technology and entertainment and wants to make an impact at a global scale. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Consumer Engagement Marketing, the Marketing Manager will drive the strategy and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives that drive engagement amongst Roku’s existing customers in multiple international markets. This includes bespoke campaigns that are specific to a single market, as well as campaigns that are scalable across multiple markets. You will execute these campaigns and associated strategies using a variety of tactics and channels including email, mobile push, on-device, web, and more.
You are a collaborator at the core, partnering with team members in the US to efficiently, and effectively, extend US marketing campaigns to global markets while taking localization needs into account. You are the Marketing equivalent of a Swiss Army Knife, seamlessly flexing across Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Integrated Marketing, focusing on each area as appropriate to align with the strategies and goals of Roku’s international business.
