The Role & The Team:

Druva is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional with 1-3 years of sales/management experience to manage and scale our rapidly expanding SDR organization. This position’s primary focus is creating a Sales Development team and developing the representatives in a fast-paced atmosphere with a growing client base.
The ideal candidate has managed and built a team of top performers and will coach, mentor, and manage performance of SDR in support of overall sales growth and customer satisfaction.

  •  1+ years of leadership experience with a track record of excellence leading high performing, pipeline generation, and closing organizations in a fast-growing high technology company

What We Are Looking For:

  • Scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals and will become future AEs and managers at Druva
  • Familiarity with building out Salesforce reports to track success of teams deliverables
  • Own and drive execution of Druva’s new business pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across Druva's Sales segments
  • Shape deep partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events, meet stretch pipeline goals, optimize your business for efficiency, accelerating ramp time to productivity, and ensure your team has a crisp understanding of Druva domain knowledge
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR talent
  • Build and coach high-performing SDRs to the next high-performing Account Executives
  • Leads through inspiration, service leadership, Druva values 
  • Able to travel to London or Reading Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience of managing/coaching B2B SDR teams
  • Experience using enterprise class CRM systems (Salesforce.com proficiency highly preferred
  • Experience with tools like Outreach and Salesloft is highly preferred.
  • A team player, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
  • Exceptional communication skills; both verbal and written. Multiple languages are a plus.

 

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $136,000 and $181,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
