About the Role:
Druva is seeking a multi-faceted web marketing leader to oversee druva.com β striking a balance between forward-thinking roadmap strategy and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has the vision and a wide span of past working experience in web development, UI, conversion rate optimization, web analytics, WebTech, QA, while delivering high-ROI results with time-to-marketing and low technical debt. You will play a major role in driving Druvaβs organic conversion strategy but also roll up the sleeves as needed.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $190,000 and $266,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
