Senior Associate, Wayfair Academy Training

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Cross-Border E-commerce education training Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and delivering educational programs for our suppliers, ensuring they understand our platform, best practices, and compliance requirements in the global marketplace.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement training programs for external suppliers in different lifecycle stages and internal employees.
• Create educational materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations, to support external/ Internal onboarding and ongoing training.
• Conduct webinars and in-person training sessions to enhance external supplier / internal employee knowledge and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Conduct regular communication to understand their needs and challenges.
• Performance Tracking: Use data analytics to refine strategies and improve supplier performance.

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Mandarin and English both written and verbal.
• 5 years experience in e-commerce, supplier management, or training and development.
• Strong understanding of cross-border e-commerce dynamics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in training and educating external suppliers or internal employees.
• Proficient in using digital tools for training and communication.
• Education or working experience in Copywriting,Communications, Content Production; Have experience in editing and writing for marketing campaigns and digital marketing copy in different channels.
