As a member of the AppleCare Technologies Quality Engineering (ACQE) team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that AppleCare applications and systems meet quality standards throughout both pre-release and post-release testing phases. Your expertise in software testing, leading people, and fostering a culture of quality will be essential to success in this role. Strong critical thinking skills, and a commitment to open communication and collaboration within a global cross-functional team will further support success in this role.

- Extensive experience in a software quality engineering role
- Experience leading people in the development of test strategies and execution of test plans
- Experience leading distributed teams across cultures, geography, and timezones

- Proficiency in utilizing test automation tools and framework

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
