So, what’s the role all about?      

 We are seeking a Sales Operations Business Analyst to join the Global Business Operation Team. The Analyst will be providing comprehensive analysis and insights to the top management of the different units. 

The Sales Operations Analyst will be working alongside IT, Sales and Business professionals on a global scale helping us to enhance and automate the reporting tools and processes starting with the sales representative all the way to executive level.  

 

How will you make an impact?  

  • Responsible for the data analysis, trend and insights
  • Understanding the data structure of the unit, the booking plans, and the results.
  • Building meaningful relationship with main stakeholders within the different units and serve as main focal point for the unit's sales organization.
  • Participating leading several global tasks for the entire team
  • Helping streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end processes.
  • Providing world-class customer service to our Business Operations & Sales Organization
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed

 Have you got what it takes?  

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as data or operations analyst
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience REQUIRED. Computer savvy a must.
  • Experience with SalesForce & PowerBI – Advantage
  • Experience with AI & ML – Big Advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, Quick learner and self-starter
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and willingness to learn
  • Detail oriented, strong business acumen, deadline focused.
  • Proactive mentality on process improvements and issue resolutions
