Senior Finance Manager

The Technical Finance Team is part of a broader team that provides key insights that help Microsoft make better financial and business decisions. We are at the hub of Microsoft’s financial activities, being a key strategic partner to all sides of the business and serving a diverse set of stakeholders: Board of Directors, Wall Street analysts and shareholders, the Leadership Team (Chief Executive Officer {CEO}, CFO, and Executive Vice Presidents {VPs}), executive staff (Corporate Vice Presidents {VPs}), finance leadership (CFOs and controllers), and functional teams across the company (Corporate Strategy and central teams).

The Technical Finance Team is responsible for consolidating financial insights which span the entire company, supporting diverse financial analyses for our leaders. Examples include business performance metrics, forward-looking guidance, extended long-range planning, corporate structure, cash flow reporting and analysis, foreign exchange, and market/compete. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead cash flow innovation, drive special projects, and coach others on the team across all pillars. The person in this role will learn executive perspective and contribute to company-wide impact, while gaining CFO skills that are difficult to get anywhere else.
