Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program management.
- Experience in managing technically challenging projects involving multiple stakeholders and constraints.
- Experience with SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google software services, knowledge of compute/storage resource management, or data center infrastructure operations and constraints.
- Experience with Python.

- Coordinate and deliver program communications in collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
- Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams and be accountable for meeting OKRs, providing time bound deliverables, improving legacy systems and processes.
- Plan requirements with internal customers and drive projects through the entire life-cycle while managing constraints and potentially conflicting objectives.
