Senior Director, Product Management, Workspace Monetization

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in product management.
• 10 years of experience managing a product management team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing related products and with current cloud technologies and services.
• Ability to balance technical and business issues.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and business experts.

As the Senior Director of Product for Workspace Monetization, you will drive product strategy and inspire a talented, collaborative team to grow the global Workspace business. You will build a global product team, work closely with engineering, design, and marketing leads to define the strategy, extend the commerce platform, and cultivate a highly collaborative and effective global team. You will work with customers, product managers, solutions architects, and GTM colleagues to understand customers' use cases, and translate them into technical designs and implementations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $320,000-$445,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Define the product vision and strategy for the subscription business, along with the target market and business goals.
• Design and lead a multi­-year roadmap, balancing short­ and long­-term goals and investments to scale globally.
• Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategies, end-to-end business processes, pain points and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
• Partner closely Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation.
