The FBA Reverse Logistics Program Manager is responsible for monitoring fulfillment value chain processes, from daily operations to compliance, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will mainly fix daily issues, and propose ways to fix recurrent defects for good.

You are passionate about customer experience, and define yourself as a problem-solver. You have a high willingness to take ownership of solving long-standing issues that no ones dares to tackle. You scrutinize details, identify disruption patterns, comfort anecdotes by data, and propose long-term solutions. You are analytical, relentless on understanding the root cause of a problem, and inventing solutions.

Key job responsibilities
- Monitor efficient functioning of the assigned fulfillment facility, suggest and deploy improvements;
- Accumulate data from various sources, identify the most relevant one, present in a way that would help take action;
- Foresee implications based on current data and trends;
- Dive deep on operational issues root causes;
- Create and track operational metrics
- Be organized and prompt in notifying/solving the situations
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Train our Selling Partners for action and conformance of norms and practices.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
