We are looking for a talented Tech Manager to support our Leads generation and allocation processes. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices, and Leads is our starting point to accelerate partnerships with key sellers in our marketplace.

We are seeking creative, goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team. We are focused on growing and developing a smart assortment of brands, with the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative tech manager who will enable Amazon Brazil growth through implementation and support of local seller recruitment strategies for teams, as well as business intelligence. The successful candidate will bring insights to the businesses teams and drive for decision making. This role is both a strategic and hands-on role.

It requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, knowledge of business intelligence solutions, as well as business acumen and the ability to work with quantitative and business teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop scalable process via SQL, Python and other languages.
- Web Scraping knowledge.
- Analyze data to find inefficiencies and improve output quality.
- Collaborate with Business Teams to refine scoring model and processes that streamline efficiencies.
- Measure, monitor and optimize the performance of sellers to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
- Work closely with account management, product management and marketing teams to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
- Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of SQL and web scraping solutions
- At least 2 years in a leads generation role
- Must be fluent in English- Knowledge coding Python for analytical and process automation purposes
- Previous experience in managing a leads funnel and relationship with sales teams
