The Brand Partnership Studio is an award-winning branded content studio within Twitch. We’re looking for a Program Activation Manager with a passion for delivering great creative work.

Based out of the London office, you will work closely with our Creative Strategy and Creative Production teams to coordinate the flawless project management and delivery of our campaigns across Twitch’s European markets.

Working alongside a team of Program Activation Managers and reporting into the Program Activations EMEA lead - you will oversee multiple creative projects and internal/external relationships simultaneously. You should be a problem-solver and critical thinker who knows how to bring ideas to life in an engaging way across digital platforms.

Key job responsibilities
What you'd be doing in this role:
- Project managing the execution and delivery of all custom solutions projects from sale to project launch, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting timeline milestones and delivering within budget
- Collaborating with clients, partners and vendors at all stages of every project, keeping key stakeholders informed and where necessary, escalating issues
- Creating schedules and budgets across projects
- Liaising directly with talent in both briefing and in the behind the scenes ‘stage-management’ of sponsored live-streams
- Securing timely client approvals, coordinate action-items and communicate constantly with Production and Sales teams
- Advising clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
- Alongside our sales team, you'll be accountable for client relationships, managing day-to-day creative communications
- You will pay special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource, financial reporting and billing
- You pride yourself on delivering great campaigns and go the extra mile to make great work.

We're looking for:
- Experience in a project management role, delivering campaigns within a creative environment (production studio or creative/advertising agency preferred)
- Excellent organisation skills, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding environment
- Experience with digital technologies and the ability to quickly embrace new technology
- Experience with task/project management software (Asana preferred but not essential)
- The ability to share ideas clearly and concisely
- The ability to resolve conflicts by finding win-win scenarios
- Fluent English speaker, with business proficiency in a second European language very highly regarded

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- You have worked in a creative environment before
