We want you retain great people by mentoring, developing team members and planning for succession. You will lead your team and daily operations while conducting team meetings regularly. We support your cultivation of a happy and productive team that drives connection to the guest. Operationally, we want your skill to design and implement scalable operational procedures for your location while applying Caffè Macs directives and communicate these changes to team. Assure that opening, shift change and closing procedures are followed and be prepared to back up all positions during peak times. Lead set-up and tear down of events held your Caffè. Relationships are key at Apple - so we develop and maintain a good working relationship with the back-of-house management team and other functions within Apple. Customer relations is always paramount in a front of the house setting, so respond to guest concerns and questions in a timely manner while maintaining high customer relations. Make sure all guests have a positive experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years supervising Front of House Employees in high volume food services
  • Expert level knowledge of health and safety rules
  • Have an approved Food Handler’s Card and non-slip shoes prior to first day of work

  • High volume food service - preferably larger, innovative corporate programs, in house or 3rd party but may also be food & beverage experience in a full-service hotel, resort or multi-restaurant chain.
  • Ability to correctly follow and teach all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of conduct and confidentiality as a role model to your team.
  • Extraordinary knowledge of the POS system and credit card readers, along with all of Apple systems, programs, and software
  • You and your team are expected to be present during peak periods when your customers need you most.

  • Dynamic and agile - highly organized, ability to switch between locations and job duties

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $77,500 and $117,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
