  • Attending SaaS, AI, and tech conferences, networking externally, and incorporating insights into strategy plans.
  • Owning and solving complex strategic analyses through qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Deep diving into internal performance KPIs to uncover root causes, develop data-driven improvement plans, and assess financial impacts.
  • Valuing and prioritising opportunities based on financial and strategic impact to maximise results.
  • Influencing senior management and ensuring alignment with your recommendations, working collaboratively to gain buy-in.
  • Supporting the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations in shaping the 3yr growth roadmap and annual 1-year game plan to meet our targets
  • Challenging strategic roadmaps during peer reviews.

Who you are:

  • Likely prior experience in strategy consulting with proven ability to deliver autonomously in fast-paced, matrixed organisations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing new strategies and frameworks to solve ambiguous problems and create multi functional delivery plans
  • Experience conducting external market research in SaaS, tech, or trust-related industries and creating high-quality reports and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, capable of building robust quantitative business cases.
  • Comfortable investigating KPI performance to identify actionable insights, develop roadmaps and drive improvements.
  • Comprehensive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders effectively.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach to tackling new challenges, supported by excellent problem-solving skills.

What's in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
