Trustpilot is growing faster than ever. We have huge ambitions. As the Strategy Associate, you will focus on carrying out and improving mostly existing processes tied to our 3-year strategy, monitoring our performance against it, and coordinating strategy communications across the business.

You will be part of the Strategy and Operations team, a new but pivotal part of Trustpilot, meaning you can play a significant role in designing how this team works. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, this team sets the 3-year strategy and the 1-year Game Plan, laying the train tracks out ahead of the business. Not only do we ensure our game plan delivers outstanding outcomes, but we also make sure we are on track and communicating our progress effectively.

You will be a crucial member of the team, conducting research and analysis to help form the 2026 value creation plan. You will ensure our strategy is operationalised through the quarterly OKR process, oversee reporting against the strategy, and lead the preparation of reports for senior leadership and the Board. Additionally, you will coordinate regular strategy communication events with leaders across the business. 

What you'll be doing:

Supporting to set the annual strategy

  • Solving complex strategic analyses through qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Deep diving into internal performance KPIs to uncover root causes, develop data-driven improvement plans, and assess financial impacts. 

Managing the reporting of performance to strategy 

  • Working with the analytics function to build and maintain a strategy dashboard, analysing metrics and trends to uncover insights.
  • Leading the preparation of quarterly ELT strategy reports detailing performance to date, future plans, and identifying areas at risk.
  • Supporting the preparation of biannual Board strategy reports.
  • Operationalising our OKR process, ensuring alignment is reached before the start of each quarter.

Communicating strategy

  • Managing the preparation for quarterly strategy senior leadership events
  • Coordinating with the internal communications team to ensure strategy updates are clearly communicated to all Trusties.

Who you are:

  • Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous questions 
  • Analytical with experience building dashboards and interrogating data to identify trends and root causes.
  • Comfortable investigating KPI performance to identify actionable insights, develop roadmaps and drive improvements.
  • Comprehensive stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact with leaders.
  • Extremely organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Clear communicator capable of translating complex ideas into simple, actionable updates.
  • Confident organising workshops and coordinating leadership events
  • The ability to set clear goals, work autonomously, and advance aims without the need for significant supervision.
