What we do:

As a General Manager, Strategic Account, you will lead a team of seasoned Direct Business Development professionals who partner with our top global clients and their agencies to develop digital strategies that drive their long-term success through structured partnerships.
By liaising with our global organization and identifying key business challenges, you will shape tailored solutions that demonstrate how The Trade Desk can enhance clients' online presence and accelerate their strategic initiatives.

Your deep understanding of online media, combined with strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, will help you drive business growth. Leveraging your expertise in influencing and relationship-building, you will deliver best-in-class client service, market research, and data-driven insights.

You will proactively anticipate decision-making processes, uncover business needs, and showcase how The Trade Desk’s suite of products can empower clients to achieve their goals.

In this role, you will work with our most strategic clients, managing high-level relationships across all industry partners. You will collaborate closely with The Trade Desk’s Business Development teams to accelerate adoption, enhance predictability, and foster long-term engagement with major advertisers in the French market.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Lead The Trade Desk’s growth strategy in France for our Strategic Accounts, translating worldwide strategies and priorities into local plans 
  • Manage the portfolio effectively, establishing compete plans, managing business rhythm, and driving execution excellence while utilizing a variety of mechanisms to constantly monitor and optimize performance 
  • Build sustainable processes within The Trade Desk’s ecosystem that drive key, effective, and efficient sales, services, marketing, and operational engines 
  • Leading change and inspiring the organization, making seamless transitions as needed to meet the needs of the customers and the business  
  • Serve as an ambassador that represents the Company’s interests, operating with the highest integrity, and building strong networks and communities with key influencers across the book of business 
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators  
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent to build and mentor a diverse team with the capabilities needed to achieve current and future business objectives. 

 

Who you are 

  • Experienced leader with extensive experience within the market 
  • Someone with a demonstrated track record of success leading a fast-growing digital advertising business in France 
  • You have experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, and a good understanding of the CTV market would be an advantage 
  • A collaborative and consultative leader of a cross functional team over a sustained period of time  
  • Someone comfortable operating at the executive level, while also managing the day to day enabling of their teams and tackling the work required to scale the business  
  • You have a strong technical aptitude and desire to learn the Company’s product set.
