Role Overview
This is a high-impact role based in Dubai, overseeing the MENA region. You will take on multiple responsibilities across trading, account management, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can wear multiple hats, and is committed to delivering significant business outcomes in a short time frame.
What You'll Do:
- Drive commercial success by managing and optimizing a diverse
portfolio of clients, ensuring strong trading performance and account growth.
- Shape the trading strategy for the MENA region, working
closely with internal teams to define and execute a robust plan that aligns with business objectives.
- Develop 12-month growth strategies tailored to client goals, leveraging data driven insights and The Trade Desk’s capabilities.
- Lead RTB buying strategies, optimize campaign performance through advanced algorithms, and develop data visualization techniques to drive efficiency.
- Be a platform expert—stay ahead of best practices, mentor clients, and provide recommendations to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns through The Trade Desk’s technology.
- Combine data analytics with client feedback to craft optimization strategies and solve complex challenges, ensuring outstanding campaign results.
- Collaborate with Product Management and other cross- functional teams to enhance platform features and drive innovation.
- Establish best-in-class trading practices, including the creation of training materials and internal resources to elevate team capabilities.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure a seamless onboarding process, setting clients up for success with our real-time buying platform.
- Champion The Trade Desk’s value proposition by effectively communicating our technology, processes, and partnerships to drive long-term client engagement and business expansion.
- Contribute to the growth of the Client Services function, developing training programs, customer-facing assets, and internal resources to enhance media trading through our platform.

Who you are:
- Programmatic Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with DSPs, online ad operations, and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: A consultative approach to navigating complex advertising and business challenges for clients.
- Strong Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to set clear goals, measure success, hold external and internal teams accountable, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development of the trader’s community.
- Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Experience working across the full programmatic supply chain, including ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms.
- Performance-Driven Mindset: Hands-on experience in trafficking and optimizing CPA, CPC, and direct marketing campaigns, preferably in an RTB environment.
- Advanced Data Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and visualization to drive insights and decision-making.
- Mentorship Experience: Track record of leading and mentoring traders’ operations, or activation teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical & Solution-Oriented: Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive immediate impact.
- Client Growth & Relationship Building: A history of successfully expanding accounts through strong client relationships, strategic recommendations, and value-driven partnerships.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a high-pressure setting.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable taking ownership of new clients or territories with minimal guidance.
- Fast Learner: Quick adaptability to new technologies, evolving products, and industry trends. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is ready to make a significant impact in the MENA region.
