As a Talent Operations Associate, you will play a key role in owning and optimizing our recruiting systems and processes—most notably our ATS (Greenhouse). You'll be responsible for configuring and maintaining system workflows, setting up new data fields, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms, including monitoring the Greenhouse <> Workday integration. In this role, you'll serve as a go-to partner for recruiters and cross-functional teams, supporting day-to-day operations, resolving system-related issues, and delivering insights through basic reporting. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our hiring operations.
What You’ll Do
- Greenhouse Expertise: Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining an ATS—preferably Greenhouse—including managing workflows, permissions, templates, and setting up new data fields. Comfortable implementing new features and troubleshooting issues.
- Systems & Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS/ATS integrations, especially Greenhouse <> Workday. Able to monitor sync accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and partner with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Operational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Skilled in auditing records, spotting inconsistencies, and implementing scalable solutions to maintain data integrity.
- Basic Reporting & Analysis: Ability to pull and interpret data from Greenhouse and other systems to support decision-making. Comfortable with basic reporting tools and spreadsheet functions.
- Process Ownership: Organized and proactive in managing projects and process updates across multiple stakeholders. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Support: Service-oriented and responsive. Able to clearly communicate system updates, process changes, and resolve user questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works well across Talent, People Ops, Legal, and Finance. Understands the downstream impact of system changes and values alignment across functions.
What You Need to Succeed
- Systems Configuration: Skilled in configuring and maintaining ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), including workflows, fields, and automation.
- Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, consistent, and reliable data across HR systems.
- HR Tech Fluency: Understands how ATS, HRIS, and integrations work together; comfortable supporting technical troubleshooting.
- Reporting: Able to generate basic reports, interpret data, and identify trends to support recruiting operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously looks for ways to streamline and scale operational workflows.
- Project Management: Effectively manages tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicates clearly with cross-functional partners; explains technical concepts simply.
- Service Mindset: Delivers responsive, solutions-focused support to internal teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating change, rolling out new features, and managing evolving priorities.
- Compliance Awareness: Maintains confidentiality and ensures data and process compliance with HR standards.
