About the Role

As our Senior Sales Manager in Los Angeles, you'll strategically scale and lead a large segment of our LA-based outbound sales team. You'll drive substantial revenue growth, shape sales strategy, and ensure the team consistently meets ambitious commercial goals. Your impact will directly shape the trajectory of our fastest-growing markets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a high-performing outbound sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of quota.
  • Actively manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline (3-4x quota coverage per rep).
  • Analyze performance metrics and pipeline health proactively, identifying risks and coaching direct reports to success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Solve problems swiftly, creating sustainable, scalable solutions that drive team-wide performance improvements.
  • Set clear team vision, measurable goals, and establish an effective operating cadence to achieve high-performance outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in sales practices, incentive structures, and operational policies.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership role (ideally leading outbound sales teams).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quotas and scaling sales teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, able to motivate teams to sell a unique product across multiple markets.
  • Thrives in high-growth, dynamic startup environments—comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting plans, and implementing best practices.

Bonus Points:

  • Direct experience leading outbound-focused sales teams.
  • Experience selling to or working within restaurants, hospitality, commercial real estate, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with the Los Angeles food and hospitality market.
