Are you passionate about building accessible products for all users? We are looking for a highly collaborative and detail-oriented (Senior) UX Designer to help evolve our product and design system while championing accessibility standards in our products.
You will work closely with a team of talented designers, product managers, and engineers to design scalable solutions and continuously improve the user experience for our maturing SaaS products. You will contribute to and maintain the design system while supporting teams in delivering consistent and accessible solutions.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Work in an international team and get in contact with large international clients from all industries.
- Be part of an (agile) sprint team and work together with Frontend and Backend Engineers and Product Managers.
- Present designs and gather feedback from stakeholders, users, and customers.
- Lead initiatives to integrate accessibility and inclusive design practices across the organization.
- Advocate for and monitor accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) while supporting cross-functional teams with guidance and feedback.
- Review designs and prototypes throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and compliance.
- Educate and empower teams to build more inclusive experiences.
- Design, review, and maintain scalable variables, components, and patterns within the design system.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Several years of experience working in UX design, with strong focus on accessibility and design systems.
- Expertise with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, speech recognition tools).
- Knowledge of accessibility laws, standards (WCAG, ARIA), and inclusive design principles.
- Deep knowledge and skill in interaction design and user experience design.
- Fluent in UI, design systems and prototyping tools such as Figma or Storybook.
- Experience working in and with an agile environment and team.
- Comfortable working on and solving complex problems and envisioning simple but adequate solutions.
- The ability to articulate and present your ideas to other designers, engineers, and project managers.
