Engineering Manager (f/m/d)

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who will be a multiplier for our SAP LeanIX Store and Confluence Integration development team, helping them to achieve their full potential. You also enjoy building and continuously enhancing our Software-as-a-Service product and collaborating closely with a Product Manager and UX Designer within your team.

Your role will be to empower your team, fostering an environment where engineers can perform at their best and grow as a team. You will do this by making sure that each team member is clear about what we expect and how they can grow, by ensuring that our processes help rather than hinder, and by working with all engineers to ensure that we are building high-quality software.

What is the SAP LeanIX Store about? The Store enables SAP LeanIX support, partners, and customers to create and provide tailor-made custom reports to help visualize Enterprise Architecture challenges. As a second key product capability, the SAP LeanIX Confluence Integration enables our customers to use the full potential of their SAP LeanIX Reports right inside their Confluence pages.
