Amazon’s Global Fleet Products organization is seeking an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Energy and Infrastructure team in Bellevue, WA.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities
• Managing complex fast-changing calendars, using sound judgement in mapping out day-
to-day meetings, events and responsibilities
• Scheduling and tracking key meeting series, then working backwards from those deadlines
to ensure deliverables are met
• Planning and coordinating team events
• Leading ways to increase team connectedness and boost team morale
• Coordinating trips for frequent global travelers (once travel resumes)
• Creating and enforcing mechanisms that are scalable and that optimize efficiency around
every-day tasks, while continually auditing current administrative mechanisms for relevance
• Collaborating with the Global Tax EA team in offering seamless executive support
• Collaborating with broader EA team on highly visible / high-impact projects intended to
expand org communication, EA training, and events, among other value-add opportunities
• Partnering with the broader EA team to track and manage physical space and seating- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
