Amazon Marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated executive to accelerate Advertising and Deals strategy within MX Marketplace. The Program Manager will have P&L responsibilities, as well as owning and managing key KPIs such as Active Advertisers, Participation Rate and Spend per Advertiser.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales, Advertising, Marketing). The right candidate will possess excellent business and communication skills. The right candidate will also have experience leading analytical projects that help define and guide key new initiatives, seller's experience and program improvements.

This PM will be expected to develop solutions to business problems that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.


Key job responsibilities
- Build, implement and maintain existing process and programs as needed throughout the year to meet input/output goals.
- Meet regularly with partners that include, but are not limited to, finance, product teams, sales and sales management to review the status of the business and collaborate on new methods and tools that can improve the efficiency of our organization.
- Interfacing with senior business leaders, gathering requirements and defining project road maps.
- Presenting written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.
- Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
- We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management. - 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
