Cloakroom Attendant (Client Support Team)

What You’ll Do:

  • To be based in the client’s cloakroom to assist them in storing their bags and coats whilst they attend an event at the venue, and provide general support to the clients and to all departments as and when required. 
  • To maintain client focused service, politeness and professional manner at all times.

General Daily Duties:

  • To ensure the cloakroom is set up with coat and bag tags ready for client arrival.
  • To receive items from guests in a friendly manner provide them with a tag for collection.
  • To deal with clients in a timely manner to ensure that any queues formed are serviced as quickly as possible.
  • Place items in the back in order and in a neat and tidy manner.
  • To provide housekeeping assistance in the guest bathrooms during quiet times of the event.
  • Assist the food and beverage team with service and clearing.
  • To follow duties and daily plans as directed and as stated on the Rota.
  • To ensure all areas are left clean and tidy as is reasonably practicable at all times and signing relevant duties off on appropriate cleaning schedules.

Customer Care:

  • To take all possible steps to deliver first class customer service at all times and in all circumstances and ensure excellent standards of customer care are achieved
  • To maintain a courteous and professional manner and attitude towards clients and colleagues throughout the working day
  • To be familiar with company procedure and policies with regards to client complaints and compliments reporting all such incidents 
  • To carry out any reasonable management request.

  

General:

  • To be a proactive team member offering help to others as required
  • To carry out any reasonable management request 
  • To attend team and venue meetings as required
  • To be available for staff briefings and company events
  • To be available for occasional evening and weekend work subject to the lieu time policy currently in place
  • To attend training courses as required
