Contentsquare is looking for a high-energy, driven Senior Sales Development Leader with strong business acumen and a significant understanding of leading an international progressive Sales Development function. The ideal candidate will possess, alongside a strong sense of leadership across a multicultural organisation, a strong technical aptitude, be wholly data driven and analytical in approach and have natural sales management instincts to help lead our Sales Development Representatives across the EMEA & APJ Region.
The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers in an inbound capacity and responsible for driving a significant focus on outbound demand generation. The SDR teams across the globe are filled with creative, passionate, and self-driven team players. You will play a key role as you lead this highly visible and motivated organisation to achieve revenue and demand generation goals, directly leading a highly skilled and experienced leadership team across both the EMEA and APJ regions.
This role holds a significant focus on strategic initiatives in the international space - partnering heavily with the SVP of Sales, International and key leadership in Product and Marketing leading the EMEA and APJ regions. Top of funnel represents the highest priority across the GTM organization in the coming fiscal year representing a significant opportunity for the ideal candidate to make a true impact on the success of our business.
