Talent Coordinator, London
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in driving our casual (Support Team) recruitment process. Based in London, this position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple aspects of HR, from recruitment to onboarding, while contributing to the success of a global organisation.
As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and the hiring team; coordinating Assessment Days, maintaining candidate trackers, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with stakeholders
Please note: candidate must currently reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment Coordination:
- Partner with Employment4All, GetSetUK, universities, and other recruitment platforms to attract candidates.
- Assist in creating compelling job advertisements and posting them on a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, university portals).
- Review applications and collaborate with hiring teams to identify and shortlist high-potential candidates.
- Schedule and organise Assessment Days for Support Team recruitment, ensuring all logistics are well-planned.
Assessment Day Support:
- Coordinate the running of Assessment Days, including setting up presentations and materials.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the assessment process.
- Facilitate interviews and activities in partnership with hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Onboarding and Compliance:
- Manage onboarding documentation, including Right-to-Work checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Input and maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment and HR systems.
- Support candidates with onboarding queries and processes.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain and update tracking tools, ensuring they accurately reflect the current status of candidates (e.g., candidates in the offer stage, onboarding progress, etc.).
- Assist with GDPR audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations for all candidate records.
- Responsible for ensuring that all relevant systems and processes are kept up to date.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with hiring teams to understand and update staffing on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Support hiring teams in forecasting and communicating their hiring needs to meet business demands.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes.
