The role
HelloFresh is seeking to hire a data-driven Network Optimisation Manager to join our Delivery Management team within Logistics Transformation & Performance. This role is at the heart of how we shape and maintain operational excellence in our delivery configuration and demand management practices across 16 countries, all while maximizing value for our customers through an optimized delivery experience. It’s a highly collaborative and impactful role that blends operational standard-setting with data-driven process improvement.
This position is a replacement hire, focusing on ensuring that the tools and processes behind our delivery proposition and demand steering are correctly implemented, consistently applied and continuously improved.
You will work closely with stakeholders across operational planning teams and different international clusters, international data, product and engineering teams, and other central functions. You will ensure that delivery management tools are developed in line with operational needs, used effectively, and in line with our global standards.

What you’ll do
As the Network Optimisation Manager at HelloFresh, your responsibilities will include:
- Business ownership of all delivery management tools: Ensure that the tools for delivery option configuration, demand management, and holiday planning are correctly set up and used across all international markets, in line with the global standards defined by our team. You’ll also partner with the product owners in tech to further develop and improve these tools.
- Define and document standard processes: Maintain the global playbooks and standard operating procedures for configuration, validation, and change management of our tooling for delivery availability, delivery option configuration, and holiday planning.
- Implement and support demand management tactics: Drive the implementation of delivery availability decision logic and help local teams apply demand steering strategies that balance customer experience with operational cost and feasibility.
- Coordinate tooling rollouts: Lead the alignment, rollout, and monitoring of the demand management tool usage across markets, ensuring a smooth and compliant adoption of the system and process.
- Oversee the business review format and cadence for our delivery availability tool: Maintain and improve the central governance process that reviews market performance and adherence to strategy based on standard metrics and insights.
- Manage one direct report (Delivery Proposition Manager): You will directly manage this team member, who focuses on the hands-on execution of delivery management processes. This includes ensuring that delivery windows and customer ordering deadlines are correctly set, tools are used as intended, and validations are performed on key operational changes like holiday shifts and delivery setups. Your role is to guide and support them in applying global standards and translating strategic direction into operational routines.
What you’ll bring
You are a highly skilled professional with experience shaping and implementing supply chain management strategies that improve operational efficiency. Your qualifications include:
- A Scientific or Engineering Post Graduate degree. An MBA or a Project Management certification is a plus. Background in Operations Research, Management Science or Industrial Engineering is highly advantageous as this role benefits from structured thinking and analytical skills, it’s about making complex systems work better across teams.
- At least three years of experience in a role within supply chain optimisation, demonstrating a track record of successful innovation and process improvement.
- Proficiency in project management and data analytics, with a tech-savvy approach to understanding evolving industry practices.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and lead cross-functional teams, delivering results through collaboration and innovation.
- Besides collaborative, you are also influential: you can work with multiple stakeholders to influence them toward a winning strategy that achieves a common goal.

- You are fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- International travel is a requirement of the role (<25%)
