As an Azure GTM Leader, you lead the ASEAN Go-To-Market team, strategy and business for the Area. Your role will focus on delivering revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction by executing strategies across Azure's solution areas, including Infrastructure, Data & AI, and App Innovation and in specific industries across a diverse set of developed and developing markets, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.
As a leader in the ASEAN Sales Enablement and Operations organization you are expected to provide and deliver revenue targets, forecast and balance short term results with long term market share growth with excellent accountability and people leadership capabilities. You will need to lead diverse talent across geography and roles as well as attract talent and manage performance and talent across your team. Must have strong operational execution, technical, business leadership and executive communications capabilities as the lead representative of the ASEAN Azure business to Microsoft.
You will collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and partners to ensure the successful adoption and scaling of Azure solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, market trends, and customer needs as well as the ability to lead geographically diverse teams with boundaryless leadership towards the goal of gaining market share in this era of AI transformation.
