In order to meet the needs of the market, the Americas is accelerating our focus in order to drive revenue, gain share and leadership in AI. To support this growth strategy, the Americas SE&O is hiring a Director of Business Management reporting to the Strategy, Insights & Investments leader.

 

As the Sales Strategy Enablement Director focusing leading the Integrated Communications, Localization & Landing team you will be responsible for developing and landing communication strategies in addition to leading Communications as a Service and Localization programs. You will translate sales strategy into effective communication strategies and storytelling that resonate with 11,000 field sellers while also creating an inclusive environment for developing content, ensure consistency across channels, and adapt narratives in real-time based on feedback. The team also manages a governance council to develop content for internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, and encourages proactive collaboration on communication materials. Additionally, they monitor and analyze the impact of messaging, gather data to guide insights, and implement metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
