So, what’s the role all about? 

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join the NICE CX marketing team and help drive product adoption and awareness. If you believe the best brands excel because they connect with their customers and provide meaningful, tangible value from the first interaction, this role is perfect for you. A successful candidate has a strong creative mind and excellent writing and storytelling skills in order to strategize, create, and promote our solutions in new and novel ways. This candidate will take pride in building and executing strategic campaigns that have measurable results, driving new inbound inquiries, product adoption, and engagement across our portfolio of products. This role requires collaboration across several teams at NICE, including sales, other marketing teams, and design, and an effective individual will need to be highly organized and effective at communicating both the vision of the programs they are executing as well as the requirements and steps needed to achieve success.   

How will you make an impact?  

Campaign Planning and Execution: 

  • Strategize, manage, and execute customer-facing campaigns to drive awareness, sales, adoption, and loyalty. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand and promote our solutions and create compelling narratives that will resonate with our customers.  
  • Work with Sales, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. 

Content Creation and Management: 

  • Create, manage, and oversee the production of campaign assets, including eBooks, infographics, blog posts, and newsletters. 
  • Promote campaign materials through engaging copy and visuals. 
  • Develop core messaging for marketing initiatives and secure executive approval. 

Collaboration and Coordination: 

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and flawless execution. 
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contributing analysts. 
  • Coordinate with creative teams to align direction and messaging across campaigns. 

Optimization and Reporting: 

  • Define and track KPIs to measure campaign success. 
  • Create reports summarizing campaign results, insights, and learnings to inform future strategies. 
  • Research and position customer categories and cohorts for maximum impact. 

Strategic Contributions: 

  • Update and maintain internal asset libraries, landing pages, and sales materials. 
  • Develop strategies and new, novel creative campaigns based on past learnings, market trends, and competitive insights. 

 

Have you got what it takes?  

  • 5+ years of experience building and executing creative marketing campaigns 
  • Previous experience at a technology company working on software, platform, apps, and/or services  
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to report on content and campaign performance and recommend next steps 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to be resourceful and self-directed   
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize the most meaningful and impactful work  
  • Experience researching customer cohorts and creating compelling narratives and creative content that resonates with their needs and priorities 

 

You will have an advantage if you also have: 

  • Experience with customer support, digital transformation, AI products, or products of a similar technical nature.  
  • Experience with B2B marketing.  
  • Past experience as an individual contributor or strategist for creative and content creation.
