The Role

Researchers at PhonePe are valued consultants who partner with different teams within the organisation and work closely with them to understand their insights needs; then develop, execute, and deliver best-in-class research to address them.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10-15 years of experience in market research

We seek an individual who sees themselves in the following descriptions:

• Lives and breathes primary research (both qualitative and quantitative), and has extensive experience in executing research studies.
• Knows how to design a research project to meet the needs of the business question and can determine which methodology best serves the purpose 
• Understands the consumer’s voice and how to turn what people say into actionable findings with a story first approach 
• Ability to integrate data & insights from different sources to tell a holistic, impactful story
• An intense curiosity to understand why people behave as they do
• Develop actionable conclusions from studies and communicate them effectively
• Is comfortable prioritising work across multiple requests and stakeholders to ensure the greatest impact to the business.
• Is a self-starter, and loves working in a team
