About the role: We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Business Growth Manager to drive merchant engagement, retention, and monetization across the Paytm for Business app. This person will play a critical role in improving merchant lifecycle journeys, optimizing in-app funnels, and driving revenue through data-driven strategies and growth experiments.
Roles & Responsibilities: ● Own the growth charter for the category and work closely with central teams to strategize and coordinate the executions of such campaigns.● Devise innovative user growth strategies in line with the category’s vision and business goals to increase the category’s presence on and off the app● Identify demand levers by thoroughly understanding consumer behavior and building offerings around it● Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan● Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns● Identifying user cohorts and run custom growth campaigns to drive user activation and user reactivation● Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.● Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs● Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities● Identify funnel issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them● Define user acquisition and user retention strategy● Have an understanding of marketing and consumer behavior, experience in deploying successful marketing campaigns, and take ownership of implementation, tracking, and analytics

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:● 6-8 years of relevant experience in Consumer internetindustry in similar roles across Growth and Category● Experience is building category from the nascent stage is a plus point● Extremely adept at stakeholder management
Requirement:-Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned marketing calendar-Work with central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions-Designing and carrying out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel-Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, using marketing analytics tools-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, traffic and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution
