Role Summary:We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager to support the growth of our financial product cross-sell vertical. The role involves driving sales through various channels such as call center leads, open market activities, and digital funnels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial product sales and will be responsible for achieving revenue targets in a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement:Achieve revenue targets for financial products including personal loans, merchant loans, mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and current accounts.Channel Execution:Execute sales through multiple channels such as inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, open market sourcing, and digital funnel leads.Team Collaboration:Work closely with a group of on-ground executives or outsourced sales agents to drive performance. Provide daily guidance, track progress, and assist in achieving individual and team targets.Lead Management:Manage assigned lead funnels, follow up with customers, and ensure timely conversions.Performance Reporting:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead-to-sale conversion, daily productivity, and revenue per executive. Share daily/weekly reports with senior leadership.Customer Experience:Ensure timely processing, documentation, and coordination with backend teams for smooth customer onboarding.Cross-functional Liaison:Coordinate with Product, Credit, Compliance, and Fulfillment teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:experience in financial product sales (BFSI/Fintech preferred)Strong knowledge of lending and investment products (PL, ML, MF, Insurance, CASA)Experience in working with lead-based and open market channelsAbility to drive daily numbers and meet high-performance expectationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and execution capabilitiesProficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards
