Job SummaryIn cooperation with Stuart Feldman, Canadian Market Leader, the Director of Canadian Healthcare Strategy is responsible for all subject matter related to the Canadian market and informing the team of compliance and/or regulatory updates and impact, along with any clinical care content or workflows specific to Canada. Assist in devising strategies around sector wide initiatives and innovation including relevant stakeholder relationships within the Long-Term Care and Retirement sector.
RESOURCESCoordinates efforts with Canadian Market departmental budget, in collaboration with Canadian Market Leader. Will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, customer success, professional services, and others as needed.
COMMUNICATIONSBuilds strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, other co-operative organizations, associations, health system influencers, potential hospital, and community health care coordinators and/or government officials in relevant provincial health care departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various departments and stakeholders. You will provide strategic oversight and support to PointClickCare initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Your ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and leverage your expertise in software systems implementation will be critical to your success.
