Job SummarySolution Engineers are responsible for creating and delivering presentations of PointClickCare's solutions to prospects and current customers both virtually and in-person as an integral part of the sales process. Presentations are also provided to new and existing employees, to supplement training and webinars as needed. Expected to attend company, customer and industry events in person upon request
Key Responsibilities· Working closely with Sales Account Executives to create and provide polished professional presentations during various stages of the sales cycle· Respond to questions and requests during and after the presentation, ensuring timely follow-up of take-away items· Create and update sales presentation guidelines, scenarios, materials and database environments. To do this successfully, individuals need to stay up-to-date on changes to the company's solutions, industry changes and incorporate those changes into the presentations and the materials used.· Deliver presentations virtually (proficient use of remote technology tools), as well as in person at customer locations· Participate in tradeshows and other company and industry events
Qualifications & Skills · 2 Years Experience in Long Term Care or Senior Living (financial or billing background is a plus, experience in customer support.· Bachelor Degree in Healthcare or Sales or related discipline.· 2+ years experience with an EHR platform.· 3+ years of presenting lengthy / complex material.
Contract Details: This is a contract through November 1st, 2025 with a high likelihood of permanency.
