As a Senior Engineering Manager for the Connectors team at Dropbox, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of the platform that enables seamless integration between Dropboxβs next-generation AI-powered products and hundreds of third-party applications. You will lead a high-performing team of 10-12 engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that prioritizes impact, scalability, and user experience.

Many teams at Dropbox run Services with on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non-core business hours. If a team has an on-call rotation, all engineers on the team are expected to participate in the rotation as part of their employment. Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of people management experience
- Minimum of 8 years as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience
- Experience managing other Engineering Managers
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics) or equivalent technical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building third party integrations
- Experience with large scale distributed systems
- Experience working in a 0 β 1 environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity
- Prior experience building and nurturing a high performing team from the ground up
