As the Engineering Manager of Sign’s Fullstack Team, you will lead the team responsible for developing core product features, enhancing the mobile experience, and managing Sign API and integration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse set of fullstack and mobile technologies, including PHP, React, iOS and Android development, SDKs, Sentry, Heap, OAuth, SQL, and more.

Responsibilities
- Build out a holistic understanding of the Sign Codebase and feature set and be able to oversee team to deliver complex work (new features or refactors ) with confidence.
- Build and grow the Poland Sign team, contributing to hiring and onboarding.
- Develop expertise in the Sign product and e-signature domain to lead impactful projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape a customer-centric roadmap.
- Drive results by identifying impactful opportunities and ensuring long-term growth and customer impact.
- Inspire your team with a clear direction, fostering an environment where innovation flourishes and bold ideas are encouraged.

Requirements
- Experience with fullstack PHP web and mobile (iOS and Android) development technologies, or a willingness to learn and grow in these areas
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics) or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
- Minimum of 5 year as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior e-signature experience
- Prior experience with some of the following technologies: PHP & LAMP, Javascript & React, iOS & Android, AWS, Linux, Sentry, Selenium/Playwright, OpenAPI, OAuth
Compensation
Dropbox applies increased tax deductible costs (50%) to remuneration earned by certain qualifying employees (to the extent an employee will be involved in the creation of the software as an “author”) for the transfer of copyrights, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act.
