Job Description

The Enablement & Operations (E&O) team enables Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Team to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growth—including compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, and tooling and engineering.

 

The MCAPS E&O Commercial Activation team plays a pivotal role in driving MCAPS’ commercial priorities across the business. The team leads a collaborative global Fiscal Year Planning and Change landing/ enablement process inclusive of all MCAPS teams and regions, working closely with the Leadership Team and their Planning/Landing Leaders. As part of this team, the Change Management, Enablement, and Landing team (CMEL) is committed to helping our customers leverage Microsoft products to transform their business and achieve more in a world of change and uncertainty. In doing so, we further empower every person in MCAPS to serve customers by activating and innovating the Microsoft commercial revenue engine.

 

As the Senior Director for Change Management, Enablement, and Landing (CMEL), you will report to the Commercial Activation Leader, lead both your dedicated team and be a critical cross MCAPS community v-team lead.  You will help ensure integrated design and implementation of all fiscal year changes to enable success, through a process that brings clarity and guidance to deliver against a successful Fiscal Year transition. You will manage confidential information without exception. We are passionate about this mission, and we are looking for a Senior leader whose mission is to activate our field around priority motions through innovative readiness and enablement initiatives and will be a visible advocate for the field and will be counted on to represent its voice and customers across our corporate functions.  You will make impact by landing sales strategy and priorities to the field, enabling execution and sellers' capability building.
