Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Finance Operations; payments, electronic billing, order-to-cash process.
- Experience running large, cross-functional projects that span offices, teams, geographies, etc.
- Ability to lead, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities.
- Excellent influencing skills and change management experience.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, with impeccable business acumen and ability to communicate with the management team.
The Finance Operations team manages Google's cash transactions on a global basis and ensures that Google's incoming and outgoing cash processes are controlled, effective and efficient. As a member of this team, you'll find innovative ways to manage our complex set of transactions. You'll make processes more efficient and scalable, work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations, and proactively minimize operational risk. Externally, you collaborate with our extended workforce partners and internally, you will collaborate across the multiple areas of the Financial Operations team.

- Design and manage scalable, controlled, and compliant processes for customers.
- Manage daily operations and own vendor engagement ensuring that performance and quality goals are met.
- Derive insight through analysis and customer feedback to drive process efficiency, cost optimization, and product excellence.
- Partner with key stakeholders, engineers and vendors to improve complex financial processes. Lead projects with cross-functional impact, risk identification and mitigation.
- Support the clear customer experience strategy for Finance focused on customer journey from content, channels, service and technology, and own workstreams for the implementation and delivery against these strategies.
