What we do:

Viator’s B2B team is an exciting, fast growing business unit that drives revenue growth, diversification and innovation for Viator’s suppliers, affiliates, and partners. We offer suppliers and partners a variety of ways to work with Viator via a wide selection of tools and platforms. As an industry leader, you will be part of a team that works on some of the most exciting and impactful initiatives within our industry. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and interested in having a significant impact on the growth and performance of our affiliate program. 

What You’ll Do:

1. Content Development:

  • Create and manage engaging content for email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and website updates.

  • Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all communication channels.

2. Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Assist in developing strategies for social media growth and email list expansion.

3. Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics, using data to identify trends and inform decisions.

  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness.

4. Project Management:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and deliverables for marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain a detailed content and campaign calendar.

5. Miscellaneous Marketing Support:

  • Assist with event planning, partner communications, and special projects as needed.

  • Conduct competitive research to support strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
