Viator’s B2B team is an exciting, fast growing business unit that drives revenue growth, diversification and innovation for Viator’s suppliers, affiliates, and partners. We offer suppliers and partners a variety of ways to work with Viator via a wide selection of tools and platforms. As an industry leader, you will be part of a team that works on some of the most exciting and impactful initiatives within our industry. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and interested in having a significant impact on the growth and performance of our affiliate program.
What You’ll Do:
1. Content Development:
Create and manage engaging content for email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and website updates.
Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all communication channels.
2. Campaign Execution:
Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
Assist in developing strategies for social media growth and email list expansion.
3. Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, using data to identify trends and inform decisions.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness.
4. Project Management:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and deliverables for marketing initiatives.
Maintain a detailed content and campaign calendar.
5. Miscellaneous Marketing Support:
Assist with event planning, partner communications, and special projects as needed.
Conduct competitive research to support strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
