Job Title: HR Associate (Contract)

Location: The Starling Mall, Uptown Damansara

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and talent management. If you are ready to contribute to a dynamic HR team and assist in various HR functions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage job portals and other sourcing platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain the talent database and assist with all recruitment-related tasks.

Onboarding:

  • Handle new hire documentation, office setup, and induction process.
  • Prepare and manage necessary IT access, email setups, and employee records.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires on internal systems and tools.

Offboarding:

  • Assist in managing resignation processes, exit interviews, and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate the return of company property and final salary settlements.

Intern Management:

  • Prepare acceptance letters for interns and ensure smooth onboarding.

HRDC Management:

  • Serve as the point of contact for HRDC-related matters and assist with grant applications.

Appraisal & Leave Management:

  • Track employee performance appraisals, leave entitlements, and manage leave-related queries.

Payroll Support:

  • Assist with payroll reports, claim processing, and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted on time.

Insurance Management & Miscellaneous Duties:

  • Assist in the coordination of insurance-related tasks and manage administrative duties as needed.

Other General Administrative Support:

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across various HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior HR experience or familiarity with HR processes will be an advantage.
