About the Role  

The Commerce Executive supports the Commerce Manager in executing social commerce strategies for our clients. They assist in the day-to-day management of e-commerce activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and achieve clients' objective.

 

What You’ll Do  

  • E-commerce strategy development: Assist in developing monthly e-commerce plan and seasonal campaign plan following account briefs, client briefs and store performance 
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), collecting data, conducting research to deep dive insights and provide recommendations to improve results. 
  • Client Management: Maintain daily catch up/ response to client’s questions & requests with commerce expertise advise. 
  • Platform Management Support: Support in liaising with e-commerce platform partners (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), enablers on campaign execution, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. 
  • Project Management and collaboration: frequent catch-up with enablers, platforms, internal teams to manage total performance & activities running. Ensure project timeline on track 
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, performance report to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in e-commerce. 
  • Other assigned tasks: Provide administrative including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documents to support business. 

 

What You’ll Need 

  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce, or related industry.  
  • Have a basic understanding & knowledge of e-commerce principles, practices, and e-commerce performance metrics. 
  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
