The Role
We’re looking for a digitally savvy HR Operations Specialist to help deliver best-in-class HR support to employees and managers across the UK and Ireland. This role is key to ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle — all with a tech-forward, automation-driven mindset.
You will support day-to-day operations, enable excellent employee experience, and work closely with the HR Expert for Employee Relations on formal processes and documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to embed AI and automation into how HR runs.
🚀 What You’ll Do
HR Administration & Lifecycle Support
Own administrative workflows across onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and documentation (contracts, letters, etc.).
Manage and update employee records in Workday with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance (GDPR, audit).
Track and coordinate case documentation in ER processes alongside the HR Expert.
AI-Driven Process Optimisation
Identify manual, repetitive tasks that can be improved or automated using AI tools.
Use platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, and Metaview to streamline admin tasks and generate insight.
Partner with the HR Operations and Tech teams to pilot and roll out AI tools that enhance employee experience and reduce admin burden.
Generate reports and dashboards on key HR data (headcount, attrition, contract changes, ER activity).
Support trend analysis and data storytelling that helps HR make better decisions faster.
SOPs & Continuous Improvement
Maintain and revise SOPs for UK & Ireland HR processes, incorporating AI functionality where applicable.
Work collaboratively to document and standardise scalable, tech-enabled ways of working across People Ops.
✏️ Who You Are
You’ve worked in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Admin for 2–3 years — ideally in a mid-to-large or matrixed organisation.
You’re experienced with Workday or another major HRIS — and understand the power of clean, reliable data.
You’ve used (or are excited to use) tools like Greenhouse and automation bots to streamline tasks.
You’re curious and solution-focused — you enjoy solving admin and process pain points.
You care deeply about accuracy, consistency, and delivering an excellent employee experience.
You understand the basics of UK employment law and GDPR; Ireland exposure is a bonus.
