📝 Project Description

We are looking for a freelance Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Finance team during a temporary absence. This is a collaboration agreement, not an employment contract.

The collaboration will run until September 11, 2025, with the possibility of extension if circumstances allow.

You’ll be working alongside our finance operations team to ensure accurate invoice processing, payment coordination, and account reconciliation.

📌 Scope of Work

• Support invoice entry and timely payment tracking.
  
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations.
  
  
• Handle inquiries via shared inbox and internal ticketing systems.
  
  
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
  
  
• Ensure consistency of financial data across systems and platforms.
  
  

✅ Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance administration.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and structured, autonomous working style.
  
  
• Clear written communication and responsiveness.
  
  
• Comfortable with financial systems (ERP), Excel, and ticketing tools.
  
  
• Registered as a freelancer (autónomo/a) in Spain, with ability to invoice.
  
  
• Available to collaborate remotely (preferably based in Spain).

• Billing: Monthly invoice. Please include your hourly or monthly rate in your proposal.
