The Sales Enablement Team is dedicated to equipping our 450+ sales professionals and partners with the skills, knowledge, tools & processes through  training, and insights to drive ongoing success. This includes onboarding, continuous development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Role Overview

As a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist (Partnerships), you will play a key role in consultation, development and delivery training programs for our partner teams. You will onboard new partners, enhance existing partnerships through project management, develop continuous training, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimise learning programs. Additionally, you will support enablement initiatives for our global sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner & Reseller Enablement

  • Leverage data and insights to identify skill gaps and develop enablement recommendations
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs to accelerate partner and reseller productivity.
  • Create and maintain enablement materials tailored for partner success.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.

Sales Enablement & Development

  • Manage knowledge checks to ensure sales teams stay informed on product updates.
  • Keep teams up-to-date on competitive insights and industry trends.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training.

Operational Support & Collaboration

  • Optimise enablement tools (Gong, LMS, CMS & SF) and resources for efficiency.
  • Foster alignment between Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure enablement initiatives support company goals and partner growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or enablement in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
  • Proven track record in partner management.
  • Experience in sales training and development, ideally within tech or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work in-office up to 5 days per week, depending on training needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales, ERP, or expense management solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in instructional design or training development.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs.
