We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms. We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.
The Team;
Join our dynamic and collaborative Creative Production team, where we bring stories to life through compelling visual and auditory experiences. As a (Senior) Video Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and engaging our audience through high-quality video content. You'll work alongside a talented group of video producers, motion designers, photographers, and audio specialists, contributing your expertise to a wide range of exciting projects.
The Role:
As our (Senior) Video Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of video projects, from initial concept development through final delivery. You will be a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of video production workflows and marketing processes, and the ability to manage projects effectively within deadlines and budgets. A genuine interest in understanding the intricacies of the B2B software product world and translating complex concepts into engaging video content is crucial. Whether you're crafting compelling marketing campaigns, informative product demos, captivating social media content, or internal communications, your work will have a significant impact on our company's success.
For the Senior level, this role also involves a higher degree of strategic thinking and the ability to guide projects and external partners effectively within the context of our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and production plans that align with marketing strategies and product goals.
- Pre-Production: Manage all aspects of pre-production, including scriptwriting (potentially translating technical product information into engaging narratives), location scouting, casting, securing necessary permits, and developing shot lists and production schedules.
- Production: Oversee on-set and remote video shoots, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to the production plan. Direct talent, manage crew, and troubleshoot any on-set challenges, always keeping the marketing and product messaging in focus.
- Post-Production: Manage the post-production process, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects. Provide constructive feedback to editors and other post-production specialists to ensure the final product effectively communicates our B2B software product's value proposition and aligns with marketing goals.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, considering the overall marketing campaign timelines.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors, such as freelance videographers, editors, and equipment rental houses, ensuring they understand our marketing objectives and B2B focus.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including Marketing, Communications, Product, and Sales, to ensure video content effectively supports overall business objectives, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Quality Control: Ensure all video deliverables meet high standards of quality, brand consistency, technical specifications, and accurately represent our B2B software product and marketing messages.
- Project Management & Strategy:
- Develop and implement video content strategies that align with broader marketing and communication goals for our B2B software product.
- Identify and implement new video production techniques and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities in showcasing our software.
- Manage larger and more complex video projects with greater autonomy, ensuring they contribute strategically to our marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and workflows within the Creative Production team, with a focus on effective video production for B2B software marketing.
Qualifications:
