About the team
Join our Corporate Security team, tasked with safeguarding Stripe’s operations by designing and building secure infrastructure across our global offices. We use a risk-based approach to protect our assets, ensuring smooth operations and user experiences, with a focus on both physical and digital security.
What you’ll do
As a Corporate Security Infrastructure Project Manager, you will oversee the security infrastructure component of office construction projects. This role involves maintaining construction standards, managing security installation vendors, and ensuring design standards are met in all projects. You will build partnerships with IT, Workplace, and Security Operations groups to manage growth, and scale our systems that protect people and offices through a central global security operations center.
Responsibilities
- Lead security infrastructure in office construction projects from planning to execution.
- Maintain documentation and design standards.
- Manage security vendor and contractor relationships for effective delivery and cost efficiency.
- Oversee design, testing, and commissioning phases; support final installations and startup needs.
- Collaborate with IT, Workplace, and Security Operations for integrated security solutions.
- Ensure successful turnover of projects to GSOC for remote monitoring.
- Coordinate with Legal on facility lease agreements for security specifications.
- Support new market expansions through site assessments.
- Must be available for travel up to 25%, including internationally, to support projects.

Minimum requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in managing international security construction projects.
- Extensive experience with the Genetec security platform.
- Subject matter expert in security infrastructure and technology.
- Exceptional project management skills, especially in organization and communication.
- Passionate about detail-oriented work and documentation.
- Mastery of project management processes, able to mentor team members.
- Deep understanding of decision-making processes and a highly strategic thinker.
- Excellent time management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with senior management and cross-functional leaders.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using project management tools.
- Proven international experience with developed vendor relationships.
- Skilled in office construction across cultures.
- Quick learner with a passion for technology.
- Knowledgeable in low-voltage systems and locksets.
- Degree or certification in security/risk fields; ASIS PSP or SIA CSPM preferred.
- Strong network in security, government, or tech communities.
- Current Genetec certification; expertise in access control and video systems programming.
- Ability to program new access control and video Genetec systems.
